During the premenstrual phase, fluctuating hormone levels, particularly estrogen and progesterone, can impact neurotransmitters like serotonin, which regulate mood. This hormonal imbalance can lead to symptoms like irritability, mood swings, and heightened emotional sensitivity. Additionally, physical discomfort such as bloating, cramps, and fatigue can contribute to feeling more irritable and easily frustrated during this time. Engaging in self-care practices, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, and maintaining a healthy diet, can help alleviate some of these symptoms and improve mood. **

A dress in godet form or gode form refers to a style of dress that features triangular or trapezoidal fabric inserts, called godets, that are sewn into the seams of the skirt. These inserts create a flared or fluted effect, adding volume and movement to the skirt of the dress. The godet form is often used in formal or evening wear to create a more dramatic and elegant silhouette. **

A good horse is always better than a bad horse. A good horse will be well-trained, healthy, and reliable, making it easier to ride and work with. On the other hand, a bad horse may be unpredictable, difficult to handle, and may pose a danger to its rider. Ultimately, a good horse will provide a more enjoyable and safe riding experience. **

Vaulting, when done correctly and with proper training, is not inherently bad for the horse. In fact, it can help improve the horse's balance, strength, and flexibility. However, if not done properly or with excessive force, it can potentially cause harm to the horse's back and muscles. It is important for vaulters to work closely with experienced trainers and to prioritize the well-being and comfort of the horse at all times. **
